On May 7, we are opening the doors for any and all to drop by and see what we’re building here!

From 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM, visitors are welcome to tour our neighborhood, meet our developer, visit with other Luna Azul families and learn more about what makes Luna Azul the special community we envision.

Drop by our model home and meet our geeks from IWired who will demonstrate the abundant choices for smart home solutions that make independent living even easier for our residents.

Skype with our Architect Ross Chapin and learn more about the philosophy of a pocket neighborhood and how the homes and community of Luna Azul are designed to inspire neighborly encounters every day.

Step into the clubhouse (it’s magnificent!) and meet Rex Matthews, our community director. Rex will share his plans for special events, periodic classes and weekly programming. A cruise director at heart, Rex looks forward to water aerobics and water volleyball; game night with board and video games alike; cooking classes and craft projects; and DJ’s, dancing and drum circles.

And, meet our developer, Mark Roth, who created this neighborhood to provide his own daughter with a “forever” home. Mark is delighted to share his plans with other families eager to find the same solution for their loved ones.
